Account and Loyalty FAQs

Select Account at the top of any page, then Create Account. You will need your name, email address and a password.

An account lets you track orders, save a Wishlist and collect points with OMOCIRCLE.

Select Account, then Forgot Password, and enter your email address. We will send you a link to set a new one.
If the email does not arrive, check your junk folder, or contact customerservice@omorovicza.com.

Select Subscribe & Save on any eligible product before adding it to your basket, then choose delivery every one, two, three or four months.

Your order then arrives automatically at that interval, with 15% off your first order and every one that follows.
We email you before each delivery, so you can move the date, change the product or cancel at any time in the Subscriptions section of your account.

If none work, contact customerservice@omorovicza.com and we will locate your details and link your order history to a new account.

We are unable to merge accounts.
If you hold more than one, we recommend you continue with a single account so that your points and your order history build in one place.

Contact customerservice@omorovicza.com if you need help identifying which account holds your points.

Open Addresses, and edit or add your new address. Do set it as your default.

If you hold a subscription, update the address on the subscription as well, or contact customerservice@omorovicza.com and we will do it for you.

Scroll down to the bottom of the website and within our 'sign up' box, insert your email. It's as easy as that.

Select Unsubscribe at the foot of any newsletter, or reply STOP to any SMS. You may also email customerservice@omorovicza.com and we will remove you.

Please note that unsubscribing from marketing also ends your birthday gift and your OMOCIRCLE emails.

Check your junk or promotions folder first, and confirm that your date of birth and your email preferences are correct in your account.

If all is in order, contact customerservice@omorovicza.com and we will look into it.

Add your date of birth to your account at least 30 days before your birthday, and opt in to our emails.

Keeper and Muse members then receive an email containing their gift and how to claim it.

Sign in and add or edit your date of birth in the OMOCIRCLE section of your account, at least 30 days before your birthday.

If you are unable to edit it, contact customerservice@omorovicza.com and we will update it for you.

Keeper and Muse members who have added their date of birth at least 30 days in advance and opted in to our emails.

Enter the code from your birthday email in the Discount Code box at checkout and select Apply.

The code is valid for 30 days from the date we send it.

Yes. Points are held in your account, so do sign in before you check out. Creating an account earns you 50 points to begin with.
If you are already subscribed to our newsletter, you are already part of OMOCIRCLE.

Yes, on products and treatments bought directly from us at our London and Budapest Institutes. Give your account email address at the till.

Purchases from department stores and other retailers do not earn points.

Yes. We invite you to review by email after your purchase, and 100 points are added to your account once your review is submitted.

Points can take up to 24 hours to appear, and are added only when you are signed in as you order.
If they are still missing, contact customerservice@omorovicza.com with your order number and we will credit them.

If you return an order in full, the points earned on it are removed, and any points you redeemed are returned to your account.
For a partial return, we adjust the points to match the amount refunded.

On a double points day, every €1 spent earns two points instead of one.

These are member events, announced by email, so do keep your marketing preferences switched on. Keeper and Muse members enjoy additional points events through the year

Sign in to your account before you check out, and you will earn one point for every €1 spent.
You can also earn points through your account – 50 for creating it, 100 for a review after your purchase, and 1,000 when a friend you refer places their first order.

Points are earned on products and treatments bought directly from us, including at our London and Budapest Institutes. Purchases from other retailers do not earn points.

Every 10 points are worth €1. Spend €100 and you earn 100 points, worth €10 to spend with us.

Redeem them against a future order at checkout, or exchange them for curated rewards in your account.

Sign in, then at checkout select how many points you would like to redeem. Your total updates before payment.
Points cannot be used at the same time as a discount code or promotion.

Sign in to your account and open OMOCIRCLE. Your balance, your tier and the rewards available to you are shown there.

Points expire 12 months after they are earned if you have not made a purchase in that time. Any purchase keeps your balance active.

Yes. Only one discount code can be used per order but your loyalty points can be redeemed in conjunction with a singular discount code.

Yes. You will need at least 100 points (worth €10) before you can redeem.
