Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over €50.
What are the Christmas delivery deadlines?
Order by the 15th December to receive in time for Christmas. Orders placed after the 15th are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
When will I receive my order?
Important: Due to a temporary adjustment in our operations, orders placed during 4th-7th July may experience a delay of 1–2 business days.
Orders shipped with Standard Delivery service are dispatched from our EU distribution centre within 1-2 working days.
Orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Are there any customs or import fees?
